question haven't been answered and it's been almost two weeks

Hi I asked you a question almost two weeks ago and still haven't received a response. I ordered my product about two weeks ago march 25, why is my order taking so long. I understand you are out of the country, but I placed my order before the 26th of march. I'm also disappointed that I didn't get a response in 24 hours as you stated I would.

Regarding unanswered question/s, we do not miss to respond to any posted question in our Help Line. If you did not receive a reply, maybe your provider filters or blocks notifications from Sitesell.com (our webhost provider) to advise you of any emails comiing from our site.
The pills, like the whitening creams, ran out the week before March 25 too because of the high volume of sales on the last 2 weeks before we left. All our new inventory were already forwarded here to the Philippines. I wonder if you received our earlier advice because we sent an email notification to all affected.
Your order has been shipped and can take more or less two weeks. I apologize for this delay. Hope you understand.
