Question about whitening tans

by PL
(California)

I have fairly light skin, until recently, i went to the beach and got a really hideous tan on my legs and shoulders, and the rest of my body that was not exposed to the skin is still white. With your whitening soaps and pills, I am wondering if after I use your product, will it make my tan lighter but the other parts of my skin that was unaffected by the sun also lighten as well? If it does, it would defect the purpose of the product because I would be in the same predicament I was in. Please help me, I want my beautiful white skin back that I had originally before the sun ruined my skin.

Answer:

Hi PL, you don't need the skin whitening pills because it is a dietary supplement that has an overall skin whitening effect, when you only want to lighten your legs and shoulders. Like vitamins, it may a month or more before the results start to kick in.

The topical skin whitening solutions - soaps, lotion and creams - can give you faster results because these are applied directly on skin.

Results will differ on every individual. You may see a fast improvement in a few days, or may need more time. You will be the best judge of quality. :-)
