Question about the skin whitening products and the effect on health?

I've been taking the claire blanche pills for about a week but without the 1000 mg of vitamin C. My father, who is a biologist and chemist, said that if I took two pills of glutathione with 1000mg of vitamin C with each, it will be an overload of vitamins and it will slowly effect and maybe deteriate my stomach.
It makes sense that an overload of antioxidants and vitamins will cause that, but then I wonder, why would you tell us to take that?
So that's my question: is it actually safe for a 16 year-old (or anyone, for that matter) to take 2 claire blanche pills with 2 pills of 1000 mg of vitimin C each day? It doesn't really sound pretty safe to me, but I want to know what you have to say.
I really do want to see results as fast as possible like everyone else, and if this happens to be safe by your saying, I'm willing to try it.
Another thing, I also ordered the dermaline lotion kit with the soap and I have to say, I'm not liking the soap because it burns and it seems to be doing nothing to my body; I've only seen peeling on my face, and that's not really flattering.
I've been applying the potent lotion to my knuckles and toes because they are really dark compared to my real complexion. But so far, I've been using the potent lotion on my fingers and toes for about a week and I haven't seen any change.
I understand that it will take a while to see results, but since it was potent I was atleast looking for a slight change, like half a shade lighter.
It kind of discourages me because I was looking so forward to these products and after reading all the reviews, I decided to spend 120 dollars. I don't know what to do about my toes and fingers because I've been applying a lot of lotion and it is almost done.
They are my main concern so far because it's almost summer and I like to wear sandals but my feet are very unappealing so I get embarrassed to show the. Please advice me on what to do! Thank you for reading this and hopefully replying back. I really do appreciate it and I am relying on you.

Hi Ayesha, I do not recommend the skin whitening pills for young teenagers because skin whitening pills are indeed antioxidants, which a young body does not need yet. If I recommended to you, you never mentioned you are still 16 yrs old. Though it is not actually unsafe (don't worry, what you took is ok), but it's similar to taking too much food that you don't need to eat.
What you can do is take only 500mg of Vitamin C daily to boost the skin's immunity to sun damage and make skin glow and brighter. It's a slow process so I'm sure that is not a problem to you.
If you ordered the Dermaline papaya soap kit, it is a strong soap that I also don't recommend for young skin. The black soap is a more appropriate soap for your skin type.
You don't need to apply the whitening lotion thickly, otherwise it's wasted. The 120ml lotion can go a long way if you only use it for dark toes and fingers. What you should do is after washing skin, leave it a bit damp (per instruction sheet) before applying the lotion thinly. Thick use does not mean faster results.
Per the soap, rest your skin from the papaya soap for 2 weeks, before you can start with the black soap.
