Hello its me Reyola, I have for some time ago asked you wich soap would be best for my young skin. You recommended diana stalder black soap. I then ordered the black soap now i dont know 2 weeks later i stil lddint recieve the black soap wich i paid for.

Can you please help me with this problem?
