Order confirmation

Hi Maria, I have been using your products since the 1st of january and am already seeing results. However my CB pills, cream and papaya soap will be used up anytime soon so i placed another order 2days ago and paid using paypal (under the name ***edited***). My question is, have you recieved my payment confirmation from paypal since i haven't recieved an email from you confirming payment and shipping??

Hello Maria, I have been using the dermaline soaps,cream(5oomg)and whitening pills for 3months now. Initially the results where wonderful until a while ago when i noticed my skin looking ashy again. I have not darkened as such but the beautiful glow is gone. I don't leave the soap on anymore, i just use it as a daily facial wash. I generously apply sunscreen(ROC;SPF 50). Also i notice my pores are getting larger and my skin is clogged. Is there any reason for this? Could i be probably doing something wrong? My skin is originally dark brown(now ofcourse 2-3 shades lighter). please help me.

Answer:

Hi Immy, the skin experiences 'immunity' from our favorite products, when sometimes it starts to stop working after a while. You can avoid this by giving your skin a 'break' from the regimen for 2 weeks. Just continue with your moisturizer to keep skin hydrated at bedtime, and sunscreen at daytime to control further skin darkening.

Your skin type might be feeling too much dryness from the skin whitening products. You can reinforce with more moisturizers, or follow the above suggestion.
