Not seeing any skin lightening results

Hello, I purchased the skin bleach kit last week with the face cream, lotion and black licorice soap. It came monday and I immediately started using it. In the past I had tried the Papaya soap from a local phillipino store, but it really did not do anything and just exfoliated my skin.

I am mostly mongolian and have a medium/dark olive skin. My natural color is a lot lighter, but my skin tans so incredibly quick that if im in the sun for a half hour, I get significantly darker. Its been a week and Iv used the black soap 2x a day, and the face cream three times already, however my face has only gotten smooth and redder, mabye a bit tanner.

I understand the face must peel to shed a new layer, but my face has been ashy since monday (if not moisterized). Im not exactly sure how skin should peel if moisterizing is recommended since moisterizing takes "away" the dried out skin...or should we leave it un-moisterized to let it flake/peel? How much longer should I wait till it starts peeling, or will it take a few months? Im ina bit of a rush for prom, but I hope it works out, because im getting darker each day.

I also received the acne-prone sunscreen which came in the mail due to delivery delays and iv been wearing it everyday before going out. Please let me know if theirs anything I can do, or should do.

Hi Arion, one week is still too early to tell if everything is working well or not.

The ashy look is normal in preparation to skin peeling. You might wanna skip the moisturizer until AFTER the skin peels. Do not overuse, once a day is suggested, plus sunscreen at daytime when outdoors. Unprotected skin during the skin lightening process can induce further skin darkening when exposed to the sun.

Depending on your skin sensitivity, this will determine how soon your skin peels to eventually resurface a lighter skin tone.

You can use the black soap 2x a day, leaving it on skin for a few minutes before washing off. Apply the whitening cream at bedtime, no moisturizer. If you wish, you can do the moisturizer at daytime after washing with the black soap.
