Need your guidance to get started.

Well I'm in my 30's. I'm from the islands and I have indian brown skin. Several years ago I was in a physical and mental abusive relationship. I was burned with cigarettes, a motorcycle muffler, and made to use old razors to shave my legs, armpits, put outside so the mosquitos could bite my body. And other things done to me so no other person would want me.
Finally having some strength and courage to leave I did it. Needless to say my skin is ruined with abusive reminders and I need help to get started so I hope you can kind of picture my legs, arms, back, butt, pretty much the whole body is blemished in some way. Some areas like my legs from the filthy razors are worse than others.
Looking in the mirror I have no self confidence because people do look at the marks and I'm ashamed so I hold my head down.
I've read about the pills and would like to start those too but what else do I need to buy? Please help me to get started. thank you for any help you can offer. Have a Blessed Day.

Hi Sjag, firstly, I do hope you have recovered emotionally from your horrible experience. I sympathize that you have to now suffer the consequence of it.
Though our skin whitening products cannot totally eradicate (who knows, it might too!) all the dark skin marks you have, hopefully it can improve your skin, as well as your self esteem. :)
So let's get to work.
The topical products - skin whitening soap, lotion, cream - work differently (externally) from the skin whitening pills (internally). The topical skin whiteners work faster (1-4 weeks depending on your skin sensitivity) because they are directly applied on skin, exfoliate and/or peel skin faster to remove the dark skin spots, but the results are cosmetic. The pills slowly work from the inside out like vitamins or dietary supplements, and take time (months depending on your metabolism) to build its foundation, but the antioxidant effects benefit overall skin and body health, with a side effect that is skin lightening.
So you see, they work differently from each other. You can do either, or both.
You can go to Diana Stalder Skin Whitening Products page and read the "Quick Product Guide" in the blue table box to choose the right product for you based on your skin type.
Hope that gives you a better idea.
