Need help with my skin very badly

Hi do i need to purchase different lotions creams soaps etc. for different issues or is there just one set package i can buy? I have darker underarms, butt, and spots on back and face and I am also trying to get a few shades lighter on skin allover. Would I need to purchase different things for different areas? Can you please suggest what would be best for me to purchase that would help for all those issues?
