Need Advice Before Ordering Skin Whitening Products - Urgent!

by Joey
(Singapore)

Dear Maria, I live in a tropical climate with humid and sunny weather all year round. I am a 36 years old Singaporean. I am very glad to have found your website and your explanation are all very helpful to me.

I am a naturally fair but with slight yellow skinned Asian but I would like to have a even more fairer skin with overall white glowing complexion like Nicole Kidman (celebrity) haha. However, recently I have some pimples breakout on my face and was left with a little bit of mark. I have a little bit of uneven skin tone as well as 2 to 3 pigmentation (not very obvious) on my cheek bones. Sometimes,my face will get slightly sensitive due to hot sun.

Now, I would like to order a complete set of the Diana Stalder's products as well as Glutathione Skin Whitening Pills and need your advice and recommendaton. My questions are as follows:

1) Which of your skin products suit me the best? Will I be able to see result if i am already fair?
2) Do I need a Skin Lotion? If yes, is this for face or over all body?
3) If I have already achieved my desire skin shade, do I still need to apply the complete skin products or just by taking the pills will do? If skin products is still a need, then can you advise me what are they that I need to continue? Will Glutathione Soap be suitable too?
4) If after I have used the skin products and need to lessen its usage as it begins to peel, when I re-start using it again, will skin start to peel again? In this connection, does it means that I will have to bear on this forever?
5) Can you also recommend me what brand of the face and skin moisturizer and sun screen works well on your products?
6) Last but least, why is the shipping charges so expensive? Some how is half of my ordering price. If I would like to order 2 sets, will you be able to give me a discount based on 1 set shipping charges as its really too expensive.

As I am also taking some skin whitening supplements which I ordered from ***edited***, their shipping charges is as low as US$18 to UD$24 outside USA for both DHL and UPS. They are fast and efficient. Also, they can deliver their products in just 3 working days, why can't your company? If you are able to do so, your customers will be very much happier and thankful for your consideration.

I apologise for being so long-winded and hope to hear from you within the next few days as I am preparing to make orders.

Many thanks!
Joey (Ms)

Answer:

Hi Joey, to answer your questions -

1. If you go back to the Diana Stalder Skin Whitening Product page, you will notice the "Quick Product Guide" (in the bllue table box) as a good reference on what type of skin whitening soap, lotion or cream will match your skin type and issue. For example, if you have non-sensitive skin, you can try the Glutathione Soap. If you have dark spots on the area to be lightened, pick the "Lightening" lotion or cream over the "Whitening" line.

If the skin whitening products work well for you, you will see a light rosy glow on skin. If you already have fair skin, it will be brighter, clearer and free of dark spots.

2. Skin whitening lotion is for larger areas of the body - arms, legs, stomach, back. The cream is for face, neck, and dark spots such as knees, elbows, scars, etc.

3. The results of the skin whitening soaps, lotions and creams may be manifested within a few weeks than when the whitening pills start to kick in within a few months or more (depending on your metabolism and current skin tone). Maintenance with the topical skin whiteners (soap, lotion and cream) is suggested like 1-2x a week usage or application to keep the results lasting while waiting for the results from the skin whitening pills.

4. Since maintenance only requires minimal usage, there would still be peeling but it will be very mild and almost unnoticeable except that you can feel the bits of dead skin on your on your hands when rinsing them at the shower.

5. There is no particular moisturizer or sunscreen matching our skin whitening products. Any over-the-counter moisturizer or sunscreen will do, or anything that has worked well for your type of skin before. I use Neutrogena SPF 70 sunscreen and Eucerin Lotion as moisturizer that I bought from Walmart.

6. Our payment system has not been formatted to calculate combined shipping costs if you order multiple items. What we do is give our valued buyers some refund credits if we fund excess shipping is paid. We ship via US Postal Service or USPS.com so you can track online. The actual postage fee paid is imprinted on the package where you can clearly see it, plus we just added a few dollars for packaging, handling and labor and materials.

The USPS has a small flat rate that we charge only for $15 if the package fits in it (can fit 2 skin whitening kits). However, the skin whitening pills are thick bottles and cannot fit in the box so we use the regular postage rate which is about $29, but only if your order includes the skin whitening pills. Per added pound of weight, there is an additional increment of a few dollars.

We ship within 24 (to 48 hours max) after you place your order (except Friday orders which are shipped the following business day, Monday), and so far, our customers are happy about it.

Standard international shipping from the USA takes 2 weeks. Express shipping takes a week. It is the postal system that we do not control anymore.

We have checked the rates of UPS and Fedex and the employees themselves suggested that we use USPS because UPS and Fedex come expensive for small packages.

Hope that clears all your concerns. :)

Maria
