hi i'm an african american female with a dark brown skin tone and i'm wondering if this skin lightening product will give me a natural color or make "yellow".

Hello, lightening 1-3 shades is generally doable. Unless the underlying skin has a yellow tone, skin can get to a lighter brown natural color. :)
