Names of antioxidiants that help whitening skin

hy maria thank you for answering our questions i know how hard it sometimes could be to sit behind the computer and trying to answer as much as possible questions apreciate your attention.

i want you please to give me a variety of names of antioxidiants, not food which consists of antioxidiants vitamins.

also my hands are very rough,dry and dull (dark) because i spend all the time cleaning in our house(dishwashingetc...
i want a receipt that exfoliates my hands.

Hi Yassmine, the only antioxidant that gives out skin lightening as a side effect is Glutathione. The rest of the other antioxidants that come in a glutathione pill serve to enhance or boost the body's glutathione factor.

Dry dark hands can be treated with a skin whitening cream and moisturizing lotion. Apply the whitening cream, wait 10 minutes, then apply your favorite moisturizer. Do this daily, and your patience will pay off.
