Hi Maria, Hope you doing good, I have sent you a mail, but didn't receive a reply. I have ordered some soap and the cream, when will I get them.

Hi Mapau, your last question was answered on this link - My Order - where you expressed dismay over a lost package.

We received your order of the whitening soaps and cream (thank you), and have already shipped out the soaps except the cream (as announced on the site) which is to follow. You should the receive the whitening soaps ahead by Monday, March 23.

hi Maria, thanks for your reply, but I didn't see the announcement about the cream, what is it about ? And when will I receive it.

Answer:

Hi Mapau, If you recall the Diana Stalder order page where you ordered the products, under the "Very Important Announcement", it says we ran out of the cream and subsequent orders after March 17 will be shipped from the Philippines by March 28. We shipped your soap ahead so you could somehow start the regimen or simply choose to wait for the cream.
