My Melasma

Hi Maria, here is a picture of my melasma. Hope it helps you to help me. It is worse outside. I feel so bad having them on my face. Please do not share my picture. Thank you.

Hello, the answer to your question is basically similar to the one below. Just be consistent, use sunscreen, and use the melasma kit once a day at bedtime. Your results will depend on your skin sensitivity, which can be between 2-5 weeks.

hello maria,

i recently bought a diana stadler lightening cream and I've been using it for 2 weeks now. so far no noticeable effect yet. I am using it for my brown spot on my face. it is not peeling or anything, I wash my face with papaya soap before applying the cream.

Should I used the soap also or the cream will do the job alone? What soap?

Answer:

Hello, melasma is hormonal and is beyond skin deep. A good time to tell if a product is working for you is up to 4 weeks. Give it a little more time. You're doing a good job with the papaya soap and applying the whitening cream afterwards.

Don't forget sunscreen is a MUST in your regimen because melasma is easily aggravated by sun exposure.
