my hands are darker than my face

The color of the skin on my hands is very very dark compared to my face Im a woman nad my age is 29 Im a home maker no kids still . I feel very bad and every one comment me on this even my upper palms are good they are close to the color of my face but from wrist to arms its too dark what should i do to get rid of this]
