my fingers are dark

My fingers' colour is not like my whole hand colour the fingers are darker and the skin is shrinking am 19 years olad and my fingers sigure just annoys me a lot especially because I have hands of good colour smooth skin and I have no idea why my fingers appear to be like that ! So I want to know what to do about it and how to deal with it !
