My face is lighter than my neck help!!!!

Okay my problem is hereditary my mother and brother have the same problem. When I where makeup I find some to match my complexion but my neck is so dark you can tell I'm wearing makeup.Two tone not a good look. Please help me I look freaky... I am african american dark complexion do you any suggestions?

Hi Gentina, if the cause of skin darkening is genetic, then the dark skin layer may be beyond the epidermis (topmost) layer of skin. Depending on your skin sensitivity, this may or may not work for you.
