multiple dark spot problems

I am really thankful for offering these products and advice on this website. There is so much, I don't know where to start. I am African-American, a little lighter than a medium brown. I would like to lighten about three shades. Also, I need something to help with other problems that I have such as stretch marks, dark knuckles, neck, elbows and knees, and ingrown hair bumps that turn into dark marks. I used Makari last year and it sort of lightened but increased the ingrown hair bumps on my legs. i hope I am explaining these correctly. They look like clogged hair follicles and skin grows over them creating tiny dark spots. Please advise me on possible product regimen. Thanks in advance.
