More skin whitening ingredients in one

I was wondering if a skin lightening cream can be made containing all of the following skin whitening ingredients:

melanostat
arbutine
vitamin C
kojic acid
licorice extract
burner root extract
scutellaria extract
mulburry
retinol
glycolic acid

Hi GOA, it doesn't work best at times to combine too many active skin whitening ingredients in one formulation. Pharmacists carefully study how each of these interact with each other. That's why you usually see skin whitening soaps, lotions and creams with one to three active skin whitening agents only. :)
