mis matched face and body!!

Hi my problem is that from my neck downwards I'm lighter than my face. I'm a medium/ight brown afro carribean girl. I've been using fair n whites whitening serum for a few weeks, and though the bemishes on my face have cleared up my face is sti darker than my body. I was wondering if there were stronger products you coud recommend for me. Also could suggest what suncreen I shoud use. Summer is nearing and I would like to maintain my current skintone and not tan. Thanks x
