Melasma (hyperpigmentation/brown spots)

Hi Maria, I am an Indian, suffering from melasma since last 4 years. I took a lot of medications and home remedies also but of no help. I have these spots on my nose, chicks on both sides (just below eyes) which is now going upward towards my eyebrows. The area is slowly expanding. Plsease suggest me how to stop this and clean these awful scars. I have no photo of myself right now to upload.
