Melasma, dark spots and discoloration
by Emi
(California)
Hi there, which skin whitening product should i use best for some brown spots around eye, some freckles on cheeks and some white discoloration on both cheeks?? Should i use the papaya soap or black soap?
How about the cream should i use the whitening lotion or cream and which spf do you recommend for a.m???
Answer:
Hi Emi, the Diana Stalder Black Soap works well for facial use to get rid of skin discolorations such as freckles, melasma, and other dark spots. Check out the Treatment for Melasma Kit (under "Skin Whitening Kits") which comnes with the appropriate Whitening Cream for your purpose.
Choose at least SPF 45 for your sunscreen.
However, the eye area is very thin and sensitive, and skin lighteners are not a long term solution for discolorations on this area. Make sure you do NOT rub the area when skin starts to peel off the dark spots. Do it very gently, and moisturize with a rich eye cream to keep it hydrated always. After you see the results that you want, do not use the soap on the eye area anymore, and look for the right eye cream that addresses dark spots as well for maintenance.
Hope that helps. :)
