little pigmented scar

by jelly
(nj)

hi maria..I am a lil upset I had an ingrown hair so I took tweezers to get rid of it on my bikini line like directly on it. it got irriated after i got the hair out now I have a little purple brown spot..I thoguht it was a an infected hair follicle or sumthign it was sensitive at first then it was a mark under my skin .I went to the gyno and they said it was nothing just a lilttle scar from the ingrown hair.I just started using mederma and vitamin e oil..but i want it to fade..I want to try the south beach lightening cream..I want your opinion and I want this small spot gone please help!! thanks.

Answer:

Hi Jelly, dark spots can be easily treated by a skin whitening cream. If you started with mederma already, you can continue using it since it has a lightening effect too if it works well for you. Vitamin E oil can also help reduce the scar tissue if it is still fresh. Otherwise, it can do little to help get rid of the scar.

If after 2-3 weeks and you don't see any improvement at all, try another skin lightening cream. Skin lighteners are formulated to exfoliate and improve scars and their discoloration.

If you choose to try our products, I would recommend Diana Stalder Lightening Cream and apply once a day at bedtime.

Hope my 2 cents helped.

MAria
