lightening private area?

hey i was just wondering if its possible to lighten your private area. I am asian and a female. im pretty white but i dnt know why out of all areas my downstair is the only dark coloured part of my body. I dont really like it and find it embarrasing because i have a bf.

i know shaving can can cause darkness but i think its just the way my body was meant to be but i would just like to lighten it so it doesnt stand out so much from my natural skin colour that are on other parts of my body. do you have any suggestions for skin whitening products that will work quick? thanks
