Lighten dark spots and achieve whiter, even complexion

I would like to lighten my dark spots caused from sun exposure, hormones, and acne and also achieve an even, whiter complexion. I was wondering which soap to use and whether I use the lightning cream or lotion. My acne is not real bad, but I was wondering if I use the toner, will my acne decrease?
