L-glutathione and reduced glutathione?

by nichole
(CA, USA)

What is the difference between L-glutathione and reduced glutathione? I have reduced glutathione from ***edited*** with milk thistle and alpha lipoic, it's 500mg, but when I take it without vitamin C I have skin break out. But when I take it with Vitamin C 1000mg I don't have break out, so what is the reason for that?

Answer:

Hi Nichole, reduced- and L-glutathione are one and the same. L-glutathione and Vitamin C are both antioxidants and when taken together, complement each other's benefits and helps get rid of body toxins that cause unhealthy skin conditions.
