I actually have 3 questions...I've been using this skin whitening kit for about five days now and on the fourth day my skin peeled in the form of pencil eraser shavings when i rubbed my skin dry after the shower...and it was an EXTRAORDINARY AMOUNT of "pencil eraser shavings" and today too!!..i know its kind of soon but i sort of feel a difference i mean my skin doesnt show a tremendous amount of progress in tone yet but even when i leave on the soap before rinsing i feel a slight itch...is something happening so soon or is this wishful thinking?
I also wanted to know if i could lather the soap in my net shower poof instead of in my hands?
and lastly, would you reccomend this: http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html/180-5399645-4739643?ASIN=B00125CZE6&AFID=Froogle&LNM=B00125CZE6|Neutrogena_Healthy_Defense_Daily_Moisturizer_with_SPF_45&ci_src=14110944&ci_sku=B00125CZE6&ref=tgt_adv_XSG10001
Answer:
Hi Fiona, the first peeling is usually the major one, so you're fine. :) Peeling on the fifth day of the skin lightening process is not uncommon. Itching, redness, stinging are also part of the normal side effects because peeling skin is fresh. You may lessen the use of the products if at any time this can be uncomfortable for you. Use within your comfort level ONLY. Soon, the skin will start to show a lightening improvement.
Do not use any exfoliating scrub, cloth or loofah with the skin lightening soap. Further exfoliating materials can make your skin sore. Remember, skin lightening involves skin peeling, so scrubbing skin can hurt it.
Lastly, the link you provided for the sunscreen seems to be a good one - moisturizer and sunscreen in one.
