Is skin whitening possible for dark brown Indian skin?

Hi Maria, I am a South Indian woman aged 34 years. I have a very dark brown skin by birth and I want to improve my skin color drastically. Is it possible?

My skin became even darker after I have taken laser treatment. Also there are dark patches on my face after my delivery of second baby which is two years back. So I used some chemical peels which made my skin very sensitive to sun. Chemical peels and bleaches didn't work for me. Skin on my breasts are several times lighter than my face. So can I improve my skin color?
