Is Papaya Kojic Soap safe around private area, ears, and face?

I am a male 18 Asian and just recieved my papaya soap and am ready to try it. However, I'm afraid it might have some side effects around my groin area, also if used on my face how will the skin peeling look like? I have a face moisturizer ready to use.

Peeling would be mild on face, like dry shedding skin. At any time you're uncomfortable and think it's unsightly, especially if you're going out, simply apply your favorite moisturizer to relieve the dryness. :)
