is it safe to use permanent skin whiteners

by Patrice

is it safe to use permanent skin whiteners?

Answer:

Hi Patrice, there is no permament skin whitening. Unless you are suffering from vitiligo, your dermatologist will treat you with monobenzone which will totally and irreversibly whiten out your whole body to even out the skin's brown patches. This is NOT recommended under normal skin conditions.

But if you want lasting results for skin whitening, it can be done.

Any skin or hair care regimen needs maintenance too. Whether it's anti-acne or anti-aging care, hair dyeing, skin tanning, hair conditioning, body moisturizing, sunscreen protection, even a manicure, need long term use for long lasting effects.

Say, if you stop using your antiaging cream, wouldn’t your wrinkles get worse? If you stop moisturizing, wouldn't your skin get dry again?

Skin lightening is no exception. Every product has its purpose, and is meant to make sure the skin problem doesn't come back.
