Infitigo smooth skin

I have smooth skin on my legs.But as a child i was tricked to play with a poison ivy plant, i broke out in infitigo sores from scratching.And no other intervention.Now i am left with blotchy light and dark patches on legs and toes.I have used other creams and lotions some lightning.But not clear enough to see a difference to were i am not ashamed to wear shorts or skirts yet.Thank You SA
