I'm confused

Hi, Maria thank you for responding back to my question so quickly. In your reply you suggested that I use the black soap. I'm confused because on your site I read that the kojic acid soap lightens skin faster and the glutathione soap is the ultimate in skin whitening, so shouldn't I use one of those soaps instead because I really need fast results because my birthday will be here June 26.
A few more questions. Im unsure about the black soap is it only to be used on the face?, does the soap that I will be using on my body lighten skin alone or would I have to get a cream or lotion?,
lastly, you said that I should get a sunscreen of a SPF 45 or higher, could you reccomend any good sunscreens?. Sorry for so many questions I just want make sure that before I purchase anything, the items that I get will cater to my problems.

Hi Jasmin, it will help me recall your first question better if you click on the "Comments" link below this page for followup questions. You see, I reply to sooo many questions daily so I need a little help from you, if you don't mind. :)
Now, maybe the reason I suggested the Black Soap before was because you need a skin lightening solution for the face, and the Black Soap is mild and good to start with. Most people get good results with it.
However, if you prefer to try the stronger Glutathione or Papaya Soap, feel free to do so if you don't have sensitive skin.
Any single skin whitening soap, lotion or cream can lighten skin. But if used together, they can exhibit results faster.
For a sunscreen, Neutrogena, Aveeno or any over the counter products are considered fine. I personally prefer Neutrogena for my type of skin. :)
