im confused dont know what skin whitening products to get

hi i wanted to know which skin lightening soap should i get. right now i have dark brown skin and i wanted to lighten it about 3 shades lighter or about medium skin tone color really fast. i also have dark stretch marks and was wondering if just a soap will lighten my skin tone 3 shades lighter. im on a low budget here and need this result before august. and alo my face is darker then my body below in the picture is the color i want to be.
