I need a good skin whitener that effective

Hi Maria, I would like to know what the is best product to buy for skin whitening, I have oily skin, and have been using makari which really breaks me out, to be honest I have tried a lot of products, I would like something that is quick, I know that the gluthahthion is quiet quick to use, but really I am after a cream, thats strong on the body, norally I can tell if a product is going to work for me within 3 weeks, please can you tell me what prodct I should prchase, that is going to have a good effect. Also I heard about the injections do you know anywhere in the uk where you can actually purchase the vitals from, and who can give them to me, and the product which is most effective.
