I have stopped using a skin lightening cream after two weeks..

by zack
(london, UK)

i have stopped using skin lightening cream after two weeks, will i ever get my original skin color back prior to lightening it?

I got a Tan in June by accident and i wanted my original skin color back quickly so i used ***edited*** to lighten my face, i only used this product for two weeks then stopped it. At first it made my face very bright and light and then after frequent sun exposure it became slightly darker. so my question is: now that i stopped using the product and winter is on its way, will i get my original skin color back , before i got the tan and before i lightened it? i was light caramel/yellow/brown complexion.

i'm a male, 22 years old.

Answer:

Hi Zack, skin tanning caused by sun exposure usually fades very slowly, depending on your skin type, which is unique to every person.

So the answer to your question is yes, it is possible.
