unhappy with my uneven skin tone

hi Maria, I have ordered the overall skin whitening kit, and I can't wait for the product to arrive here in Frankfurt. I am getting excited and anxious. I am fed up with with my face. And recently I have developed loads of pimples look like acne, I want to get rid of this incredible nasty on my face. I am brown skin by nature but i also want to achieve a lighter skin tone, not rosy but toned up. Also I will love it if this product can work in less than 3 weeks.

P.S I saw that your customer service is really good, people can post comments and get reply and help from you. You are amazing.

Anyway looking forward to my product, even though it takes a bit of time to arrive, still excited

I have another skin whitening question question

According to the Complete Skin Whitening Set -3 description, you dont have to keep the kojic acid soap on your skin for a certain amount of time which is good but will my skin still be able to experience the lightening/exfoilating effects if I dont leave it on my skin?

Answer:

Hi Sean, that is a suggested regimen as a precaution to avoid uncomfortable stinging or burning sensation when skin starts to peel. Skin peeling is a normal process, as well as the burning sensation (which I actually love because it tells me the products is already working). Whether you choose to leave it on skin or not, you'd still experience the exfoliation and lightening effects. :-)
