I am using hydroquinone

i have been using hydroquinone for about 4 days now and i am also taking l-glutathione for 8 days now i would like to start using a safer cream like the ones mentioned on this page if i stop using hydro and can i start the next day w/a hydro free cream? i am dark brown wanting an even tanned complexion the same color as my chest very, very uneven skin i am an african american female. thanks .

Hi Lovey, it is always wise to stop using hydroquinone-based skin whiteners. Rest your skin for a week before using any other skin lightening product or cream.

Don't forget to wear a high spf sunscreen (at least SPF 45 or higher) to protect sun-sensitive skin during a skin lightening regimen. :-)
