I am an On-and-Off Glutathione Taker

by Pam
(USA)

Hi Maria, I've been taking L-glutathione ***edited*** on and off for 3 years now. My dermatologist even administered it to me intravenously for a time. The problem is, now that I stopped, I noticed that I developed serious acne condition on my face. I tried everything--Pro-Activ, Neutrogena, PanOxyl-- to no avail. The pimples just keep coming back. At 35, I feel I'm too old to have these pimples.

Now I remembered that gluta has as an anti-acne side effect. If I take it again, will it get rid of my problem acne? By the way, I'm contented with my skin color now, thanks to glutathione. Thanks also to you for taking time to answer your readers' questions even though you're not assured of a sale.

More power to you!

Answer:

Hi Pam, nobody's too old for acne. Some people in their 50s still get some from time to time. :)

Yes, glutathione can help control acne because of its detoxification process. If your old glutathione pills have worked well for you, all you have to do is to take them again anew and benefit from the wonderful effects of this master antioxidant.

Cheers,
Maria
