Hi Maria, please advise your whitening cream does it treat the dermal layer of the skin or just the epidermal? Will it get rid of brown patches totally?

Hi Mag, the whitening cream treats both, but has a faster effect on the superficial layer, or epidermal skin.

If the cause of your brown patches is skin trauma or superficial (scratches, bites, injuries), the lightening effect is total and permanent.

Otherwise, if it is hormonal (acne, melasma), the dermal skin layer can take time to lighten and may need maintenance to keep the effects last longer because of our daily sun exposure.
