hi! maria i have a question. im one of your costumer whos using your product and i really like it i see improvement on my dark spot in my body. but i dont understand how come the shipping is get expensive last time i order to you is like 3 weeks ago.as far as i remember you charge me like 14 dollar for my stuff. but now is to way high its like almost 26 dollar why is like that. i really wanna make an order to you again coz im out of my lightening cream and lotion. hope you can help me thank you.

Hello, don't worry. I have instructed my shipping assistant to be diligent in refunding combined shipping discount for buyers ordering multiple items. Our shopping cart, Paypal, does not allow its system to combine shipping costs for multiple orders, so we have to do it ourselves. But sometimes, we missed a few because of the volume of our orders received daily. You can send an email to remind us of the discount and we'll gladly credit you back. :-)
