hyperpigmentation (on face)

Hi! I am black, since 10 years ago my face became darker than my whole body, so there is a contrast between body color and face color which is really dark and my body color is fair, i had acne and every year i used to go see dermatologist and gave me different products, now i got 2 children and my friends always ask me why my face is darker than my body.... What i need to do to get same color..
