Hyperpigmentation and Melasma

I have had Melasma for the last 2 years with 10 Chemical Peels by a Dermatologist with no peeling. I'm upset, because I don't think he familiar with African American skin. I'm on 0.1% Tretinol and 4% Hydroquonine. Please help, I order the Melasma Kit for Diana Stadler. I'm praying for a miracle.
