by AJ
(UAE)

Hi, im Aj from Philippines currently working here in UAE. my problem is about the brown spots in my face both left and right side,i dont know if its freckles or melasma since im already 43 y.o. Maybe because of too much using of this astringents before causes this....

i tried *edited*, its disappears only for short preiod, and its coming back again...hope u could help me with this, im so frustrated and disappointed already because of this...hoping for your very kind consideration...thanks much..

Sincerely Yours,
Aj

Answer:

Hi AJ, based on your story, the use of astringents made your skin sun sensitive thus causing the sun or age spots on your face. Women in their 40s are commonly in this situation.

Melasma or age spots are hormonal, and this nature makes lightening not that easy. If you have tried skin whitening products before and they have worked well, maybe your problem is only maintenance.

Proper use is the key to successful skin lightening. After you reach the desired results, refrain from using the products daily. Maintenance is only 1-2x a week, with sunscreen remaining daily in your regimen. If you continue to use a skin whitener daily, it can make your skin more sensitive and hyperpigmentation can recur or get worse.

If you still have a bit of your previous brands left, and have rested your skin from any skin whitening products for 2 weeks, you can resume its use and follow the suggestion above to see if it works better for you this time.

Otherwise, if you wish to try our products, I can suggest this - Dermaline DE or Diana Stalder DS Black Soa and Whitening Cream.

Hope that helps. :)

Brown skin
by: Nawsheen

Hi Maria,

I have brown skin, indian type and I was wondering if one of your skin whitening products would work on me to (i) even out my very uneven skin tone on my face and body (ii) lighten my skin overall by 2 shades. I have tried L glutathione pills before and I felt like it worked a little bit. However, given that this treatment is expensive, I did not renew it. Icame from holiday 3 months ago and my arms, elbows, hands, feet and face area are much darker than they usually are. My mother is fair and dad is very dark and my skin color is between! I would like to be more like my mum, more lighter than I currently am.

Please help

Answer:

Hi Nawsheen, for overall skin lightening, here's what we recommend to lighten 1-3 shades:

Dermaline Papaya and Black Soap Lightening Kit
(feel free to choose a set within your budget)

Black Soap and skin whitening cream - for face and neck;
Papaya soap and whitening lotion - for body use.

Use once a day and follow the instructions, you should be on your way to a beautiful makeover. :)

Maria
