how to get rid of a scar?!!!!!

Well, i had some pigmentation spots on the side of my lip, so i used PIGMANORM (a cream) containing hydroquionine and treitin which made it even worse and now i have an even larger huge dark ugly path on the side of my lip. my dermatologist then prescribed me Trio A, BUT ITS HAVING NO EFFECT, So i recently bought a soap containing glutathionine and herbs from the phillophines and i used on this dark patch, it seemed as if it was making the area dry and sort of turning the area white and then peeling? so my question is shud i use the soap along with trio-a or do u have any other reccommendation! please help me out, i would really appreciate it@!!!!!!!!!
