How long before...?
I recently bought the dermaline skin whitening product for dark knees and elbows and I have been using it for four days. I've applied it twice a day for those four days and I haven't felt the stinging at all. So I was wandering if the stinging mentioned should be felt during the first few days. And how long before my elbows start clearing up?
Answer:
Hello, remember that dark knees and elbows are very thick-skinned areas, and lightening them can take time. The discoloration may not lighten in a few days, probably you can see an improvement in the next weeks.
Once you see signs of skin peeling and stinging, it's a good indicator that very soon, a lighter skin layer will resurface. Reduce then the usage to once a day or every other day, according to your comfort level. Do not apply the skin whitening cream or use the soap when skin becomes reddish because skin might be sore from overuse. Skip when necessary.
You'll get there. Be patient. :)
