how get ride off dark underarms ?

i have dark underarm
i want 2 know is it because of tanning {i dont wear sleeveless dress} or due 2 friction
i m a little plump
and is it genetic?
i asked my beautician about this
she has asked me to bleach my underarm 4 brighter underarm
is it safe to bleach ?
suggest me some remedies
i m 18 years old
and from India
