by Edith
(TX, USA)

Hello Maria, i recently purchased your products but im not sure how to use them. I put on the papaya soap when i take a shower at night but am i suppose to keep it on for a while?? if so for how long??? and i also use the black soap at night and i leave that one on for 5 minutes. can i use it twice a day, at night and in the morning?? and are the whitening cream and lotion used twice a day??
oh and i got 3 bumps on my face just on my cheek bone they look like burns and i just got them 3 days after using your products is that normal??
Thank you in advanced :)

Answer:

Hi Edith, use the papaya soap just once a day in the morning or evening (you can leave on skin for 2-5 minutes before rinsing off). Since you also have the black soap, set this aside for a while and use the papaya soap first. After the skin has peeled, that's the time it is best to use the black soap for the best whitening effects.

Normal side effects of skin whitening are slight itching, burning, stinging, and/or redness. Based on your description, you are starting to peel so lessen the leave-on time of the papaya soap to avoid irritation or too much burning sensation.

After you feel that the skin has peeled, use the black soap thereafter.

The whitening lotion and cream is suggested for use once a day because these are potent products. However, for dark knees or elbows which are thicker-skinned, you can apply 2x a day.

Don't forget your sunscreen (at least SPF 45 or higher) at daytime. :-)

Maria
