Helppppp !! D: skin problem...

Hii!! (: I'm so glad I found this website.
Well I'm 14 and my skin has been killing me since I was little. But it's gotten worse. I honestly have no clue on what to do. I have a dark spot on my face where my mouth is. The only bright spot are my cheeks. I'm Laos. So my family has really light skin and I don't know why I'm so dark skinned. It makes me feel so insecure about myself and that I'm always scared that people will think something is wrong. I'm so dark compared to my other family members. I don't understand why. I wouldn't say I'm DARK dark but I'm about in the middle. But around my whole face(but my cheeks) and my under arms are really starting to get dark. My mom tells me to use papaya soap. But I don't see it working that much. Please. Please help me. I don't know if it's because I'm over weight. But I don't weigh that much for my height. I just check with my doctor today. But I honestly don't know what to do. Should I try using bath oil with lemon??
Respond ASAP.
Please and thank you. :)
Answer:
Hi Tida, I don't recommend using the papaya soap for young skin. It is an exfoliating soap that can make your skin peel which can be harsh for young skin like yours.
Yes, a combination of lemon and bath oil can be good to try. Lemon is a lightening agent which can be too acidic and drying, so the bath oil will keep skin hydrated.
Keep a positive outlook in life, and what others think of you does not matter. As long as you are healthy and do not do others wrong, eventually people will see the real beauty in you.
Of course, a few beauty enhancements, especially that you're getting conscious and maturing into a full-blown woman, is normal if these can make you feel good, and are safe. But avoid harsh products that can harm skin. You only have one of that. :)
Take care then,
Maria
