Help with dark skin above upper lip..?

I am medium brown ,maybe lighter, african amereican but I have been uses nair hair remover and it left me with a grayish moushtace..I stop uses it and began to wax and ther is no hair but hte place has gotten slightly darker..the thing is sometime its dark one mintue and light the next..please help.!
U cant clear see it in the picture but now u know my skin complextion.thanks.

Hi Keturah, sorry I deleted the pic because I cannot edit it to protect your privacy as it is too small. Anyway, try the Diana Stalder Lightening Cream and apply every other day on dark upper lip. This area is thin and sensitive so don't apply daily. gradually it will peel off the dark skin layer and reveal a lighter skin tone.

If you're going outdoors and expose yourself to the sun between 10am-3pm, dab some sunscreen on the upper lip to protect it from further darkening during this regimen. You see, peeling skin is sun sensitive.
