help me get rid of brown patches on face

Hi, I'm a Latin 45 yr old woman with a tan complexion. I have brown patches on my cheeks near my nose for the past 3 yrs. I wanted to know how can I get rid of these horrible brown patches for good.

I've tried every skin brightening cream out there with very little results, also home remedies. I'm tired of the uneveness on my face & always having to try to cover it up with makeup every time I go out. Pls help me find a solution to this awful problem.....

Hi Maria, brown patches on the face for women in their 40s are mostly age spots, which are both hormonal and cosmetic in nature. Because of this, it won't be easy, though not impossible, to totally get rid of them, but you can lighten them at least.

As a suggested solution, try our Treatment For Melasma - DS Black Soap and 15gm Cream and use once daily at bedtime. At daytime, be diligent in wearing at least SPF30 sunscreen. Without sunscreen, your efforts would be futile.
