Hi Lyn, I hope you get a chance to read this. I had the same thing happend with me, the very first time I used the Kojic soap, the suds in the tub was a heavy dark orange red color, but by day three I had a drastic lightening affect. I think your question is a great one, and I'm sure that if you could extend your patience you will see a change also. Be encouraged to keep on going.
